Originally from Illinois, Eric Sylvester is the VP of People Operations at Liberty Paving Partners, where he leads strategic human capital initiatives that support organizational growth, talent attraction, and a high-performance culture. Eric brings deep experience building and scaling people-focused functions across diverse industries and high-growth environments. Prior to joining Liberty Paving Partners, Eric served as VP of HR & Talent at Lessen, a technology-enabled real estate services platform, where he oversaw talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people operations strategies for a rapidly expanding workforce. Before that, he held leadership positions in various HR disciplines at Ashley Furniture Industries, DHL Express, and LyondellBasell. Eric earned a B.B.A. in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from the University of Mississippi – School of Business Administration.
