Originally from Wayne, Pennsylvania, a suburb outside of Philadelphia, Nathan Seifert is the Chief of Staff at Liberty Paving Partners, where he partners with the CEO and leadership team to drive cross-functional initiatives, manage organizational priorities, and build the processes and tools that support execution across the business. Nathan brings hands-on experience in operations and business integration within high-growth, multi-site environments. Prior to joining Liberty Paving Partners, Nathan served as a Service Delivery Project Manager at The Facilities Group, a janitorial and building security services platform based in Tampa. Before that, he held the role of Business Integrations Coordinator at Sila, a home services rollup based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Nathan earned a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida.
