Originally from Northbridge, Massachusetts, Nick Miller is VP of M&A at Liberty Paving Partners. Prior to joining Liberty Paving Partners, Nick served as Vice President of M&A at Crete United, a commercial MEP service provider. Earlier in his career, Nick was an investment banking associate at Piper Sandler, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. He also worked as a summer associate at GSO Capital Partners, the private credit division of Blackstone. Prior to his business career, Nick served as a United States Navy SEAL, completing multiple operational deployments. Nick earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Political Science and French Language Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
